Returns Within the United States
Naxos accepts returns for items that have not been worn, sized, or altered within 14 days of delivery.
Returns received after 14 days of delivery, or items showing any visible wear or alteration, may be subject to a 40% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
To qualify for a return, all items must include:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, the standard return restrictions will not apply.
Please notify us within 3 business days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Our team will work with you to determine the best solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.

Please note that Naxos reserves the right to determine whether a prepaid return label will be issued.
If any fraudulent or unlawful behavior is suspected, Naxos reserves the right to decline the return request.

Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between November 14 and December 28 are eligible to be returned until January 18 of the following year.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Final Sale Items
All items become final sale 30 days after the delivery date and are no longer eligible for return.
Additionally, any item marked Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout.
