Your order from Naxos may include items that are packaged and shipped from multiple fulfillment locations. As a result, you may receive separate shipments, and individual packages may contain only part of your total order.
Please note that expedited shipping options apply only to transit time and do not include order processing time. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and item availability. All shipping methods and carrier selections are subject to change without prior notice.
Certain oversized or specialty items, including Aluminum Watch Briefcases and Impact Watch Cases, are not eligible for international shipping due to carrier restrictions.
If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery. To assist you promptly, we will require clear photographs of the shipping box (including all sides), the packing slip included in the package, and the item(s) received.
If a carrier is unable to deliver your package and it is returned to us, the order will be refunded to the original form of payment once received and processed. If you would still like the item(s), you may place a new order.
Our team requires 3–5 business days to carefully prepare your shipment. This preparation ensures your order is securely packaged using appropriate protective materials to safeguard your purchase during transit. Whenever possible, we also utilize recycled packing materials to help reduce environmental impact.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order and will also be available in the My Account section of our website. Ground shipments typically arrive within 4–5 business days after they have been dispatched.

Expedited shipping with delivery within two business days after order processing. Ideal for customers who need their order quickly without overnight costs.
Priority overnight shipping with delivery on the next business day after processing. Recommended for time-sensitive purchases and last-minute gifts.

Flat-rate shipping for a single oversized or heavy item. Applies to products that exceed standard weight or dimension limits and require special handling during packaging and transit.
For orders containing multiple heavy or oversized items, an additional $5 shipping fee applies for each extra heavy item beyond the first. This ensures proper packaging, handling, and carrier compliance for larger shipments.

Flat-rate shipping to Canada with full tracking. Delivery times vary by province and customs processing. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Flat-rate shipping to South American countries with tracking and secure handling. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Any applicable duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Flat-rate shipping to European destinations with secure packaging and tracking. Delivery timelines vary by country. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included and may be charged upon delivery.
